A dramatic scene in the Australian House of Parliament || Mpforum

Something dramatic happened yesterday at the Australian house of parliament.

A female member of parliament called Pauline Hanson has been advocating for the ban or buqar, the Muslim women covering that covers all their body including face as she says it's unsightly and dangerous to let people do so.

But she was met with resistance as she's accused of racism and religious intolerance.

So yesterday, she entered the house of parliament wearing it and she was later forced out for and suspended for 7 days for unruly behavior.
